“Meet and Greet” – Complimentary

Let’s meet virtually or in person to discuss what package would be best for you and your event.

 

Month of Management Package

Beginning in the final stages of planning, we step in to refine logistics, coordinate vendor communication, manage timelines, and ensure your wedding day unfolds effortlessly from start to finish.

  • One “Meet and Greet”

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails leading up to your wedding

  • 1-2 Zoom or in-person meetings

  • Creation of the master timeline

  • Confirmation with all vendors prior to wedding

  • 1 hour ceremony rehearsal prior to wedding day

  • 8 or 12 hours of coverage on the day of your wedding (additional hours may be purchased if necessary)

    • Decor set up and decor clean can be added for an additional fee on top of the 12 hour coverage package

 

Partial Planning Package

The Partial Planning Package offers the perfect balance of independence and expert support- providing strategic planning assistance, trusted vendor collaboration, and elevated coordination to ensure every detail comes together beautifully.

Essential details include:

  • One “Meet and Greet” follow-up meeting, virtually or in person

  • 3-5 additional in person meetings spaced out throughout the planning process

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails throughout your planning process

  • Vendor recommendation list

  • Vendor assistance in research, booking and meeting attendance in up to 3 vendor categories

  • Wedding design mock up

  • Creation of master timeline

  • 1 hour ceremony rehearsal prior to wedding

  • Distribution of final payments to vendors

  • Decor set up

  • Decor clean up

  • Up to 14 hours of coverage on wedding day (if this aligns with your venue access hours)

  • Use of Joybird’s Sweetheart Table place settings

  • Everything in the “Day of Timeline” package

  • A completely STRESS FREE day!

 

The V.I.B – Full Service

This is a fully immersive, concierge-level wedding planning service designed for couples who desire an expertly curated celebration with every detail thoughtfully managed from beginning to end.

Essential details include:

  • One 1-hour virtual or in person meeting every six weeks leading up to the wedding

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails throughout the planning process

  • Assistance in budget tracking

  • Scheduling and attendance for all vendor meetings

  • 12 hour wedding day content creation

  • Return all rented items after the wedding

  • Planning and coordination for all wedding weekend events

  • Creation of hotel block for out of town guests

  • Wedding weekend priority on our event calendar

  • Custom graphic design services for all print needs

  • Preferred pricing with Petite Party Lounge

  • Everything included in the “Month of Coordination” package
